Monday 4th february 2019, i arrived at campus at 7.45 am, right at 8.00 we were one line in front of the kitchen after it was absent by the senior and checkedour grooming and equipment

         After that we went into the pastry for one line, after that we cleaned the dirty kitchen because there were repairs in the kitchen, after cleaning we were given time to rest

         Then around 11.00 we returned to the pastry, then we returned to each group to make puff pastry.
